Job Description

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager – IT Recruitment with deep expertise in sourcing and securing top-tier technical talent. In this role, you will lead the IT recruitment function, overseeing end-to-end hiring processes and building robust talent pipelines in emerging fields such as AI, Full Stack, Cloud, and Data Engineering.


Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Lead hiring for technical roles, including Software Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Data Engineers, DevOps, and Tech Leads.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute IT hiring strategies that align with specific project goals and broader business requirements.

  • Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of IT recruiters to ensure hiring targets and SLAs are consistently met.

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with engineering managers and tech leads to deeply understand technical requirements.

  • Advanced Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche networks to identify high-quality candidates.

  • Technical Assessment: Conduct initial technical screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.

  • Pipeline Building: Maintain strong talent pools for niche roles, including AI, Machine Learning, and Blockchain.

  • Process Optimization: Manage ATS systems to ensure accurate tracking and improve metrics like time-to-hire and quality-of-hire.

  • Employer Branding: Drive initiatives to position the company as a top destination for IT talent.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: Minimum of 6+ years in IT/Tech Recruitment.

  • Leadership: At least 2+ years in a managerial or lead role within Talent Acquisition.

  • Domain Expertise: Strong track record hiring for AI, Full Stack, Cloud, and DevOps roles.

  • Technical Literacy: Solid understanding of modern tech stacks and programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java).

  • Proven Results: Experience managing both high-volume hiring cycles and specialized, niche searches.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
