We are looking for a dedicated Showroom Executive to join our Kurunegala team and help us continue our legacy of achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction through excellence and innovation.
Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to engage with clients effectively

Sales experience and knowledge of showroom management practices

Organizational skills for managing inventory, displays, and record-keeping

Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM tools

Problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Experience in retail or the lighting industry is a strong plus

As a Showroom Executive in Kurunegala, you will be the face of Eco Solve, acting as a primary point of contact for our diverse clientele. Your role is essential in managing the daily flow of the showroom, from curating high-impact product displays and tracking inventory to providing expert technical guidance on our LED solutions. By building lasting relationships and managing inquiries with precision, you will support our sales targets and ensure a seamless, high-quality experience that reflects our commitment to innovation and customer care.
