Qualifications

Proficiency in relationship management, client engagement, and interpersonal skills

Background in sales, negotiation, and achieving set targets

Strong communication, customer service, and presentation skills

Basic understanding of insurance products, financial services, and cross-selling opportunities

Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with teams in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience in bancassurance or financial services is an added advantage

Academic qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field are preferred
Master Strategic Partnerships and Financial Sales
As a Relationship Executive for Bancassurance, you will serve as the vital link between Union Assurance and our banking partners in the Kandy region. Your primary focus will be to nurture these high-value institutional relationships, working side-by-side with bank staff to identify leads and convert them into protected clients. By conducting professional presentations and maintaining a rigorous schedule of customer meetings, you will drive revenue through strategic cross-selling. This role offers the opportunity to hit ambitious sales targets while ensuring that every client interaction upholds our reputation for prompt, accurate, and world-class service.
