Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and progress foundational case types, including:

  • Simple Freehold and Leasehold

  • Freehold with Management Company involvement

  • Leasehold with restrictions

  • Company Purchases (cash or mortgage)

  • Share of Freehold

  • Transfers of Equity and Remortgage

  • Buy-to-Let transactions

• Conduct technical/legal assessments of each assigned case in line with firm protocols.

• Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders via email and telephone, adhering to firm SLAs.

• Take ownership of each case from allocation to completion within and gradually build up a portfolio of cases.

• Maintain an average Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) rating of 4.25 or above.

• Maintain accurate and timely updates on the case management platform.

• Work closely with internal departments (e.g. Onboarding, Property Registration Department, etc.) to ensure seamless case progression.

• Attend training sessions, weekly team meetings, and ad hoc reviews with line managers and senior leadership to track progress.

What we are looking for:

• LLB qualification from a reputed university.

• High proficiency in English, both verbal and written.

• Detailed oriented, able to self-organize and work under pressure in order to meet essential deadlines.
