Job description – L&D Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing training programs for hospitality staff across departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Kitchen, etc.).

Support onboarding and induction programs for new joiners.

Coordinate internal and external training sessions and maintain training calendars.

Prepare training materials, presentations, SOPs, and manuals.
-
Conduct basic service standards and soft skills training under guidance.

Collect training feedback and support evaluation of training effectiveness.

Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, and reports.

Work closely with department heads to ensure training alignment with operational needs.

Support initiatives related to service excellence, guest satisfaction, and brand standards.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in HR, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in L&D or training within the hospitality industry.

Prior experience working in hotels, resorts, or F&B operations is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:

Good communication and presentation skills.

Strong coordination and organizational abilities.

Understanding of hospitality service standards and operations.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Ability to work with employees across all levels.
Preferred / Added Advantage:

Exposure to LMS platforms or digital learning tools.

Experience in star-class hotels or reputed hospitality brands.
