Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage a Branch.

Recruit, train and build a Branch Staff and Sales Teams.

Inspire, Motivate, Lead and Manage Sales Teams.

Be Responsible for the Branch’s Sales Targets, Performance and Administration.

Maintain Existing Businesses and Identify New Business Opportunities.

Develop New Business Relationships and New Business Prospects.

Help the growth of the business and help the company’s expansion.
Skills and Strengths:

Strong Leadership and Team Management Skills.

Strong Sales and Marketing Skills.
-
Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
-
Positive, Friendly and Professional Approach.

Presentation, Convincing and Sales Closing Skills.

Communication Skills (Proficiency in Sinhalese and/or Tamil will be an advantage).

IT and ICT proficiency, including social media skills, will be an added advantage

Be a Quick Learner.
Experience and Qualifications:

2 Years of Experience as a Branch Manager. (Preferably in the Banking, Finance or Insurance Sector).

5 years of prior experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. Experience in Banking, Finance, Insurance or Plantation would be an advantage.

Be Focused, Be Target Oriented and Be Result Oriented.

Strong People Management, Communication, Presentation and Interpersonal Skills

O/L or A/L Qualifications

A Degree or equivalent experience would be an advantage
