Key Responsibilities
1. Cold Calling & Lead Generation

Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients using provided databases

Introduce company offerings clearly and professionally

Identify client needs and qualify leads

Maintain accurate call records and follow-up schedules

Support pipeline development through consistent outreach
2. Support to Manager – Business Development
-
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports

Conduct market and competitor research

Help track sales activities and performance metrics

Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and documentation
-
Provide administrative and operational support as required
3. Client Engagement

Assist in maintaining strong client relationships

Support onboarding and communication with new clients

Help manage client databases and CRM updates

Participate in client meetings and prepare summaries

Ensure timely follow-up on client queries
Requirements
-
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with cold calling and client interaction

Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn
Preferred Skills

Prior internship or experience in sales or customer interaction

Understanding of business development processes
