The Role: Investigation Officer (Experienced)

We are seeking a seasoned Investigation Officer to safeguard our operational integrity and assets. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end security and operational inquiries, serving as the primary liaison between the company and law enforcement agencies. You will go beyond mere observation, performing deep-dive analysis into incidents to identify trends and recommend systemic improvements. This position requires a blend of tactical field expertise and strategic reporting to ensure that our security protocols remain robust and compliant with national labor laws.

The Job

• Conduct detailed investigations into security and operational incidents within the company

• Coordinate with police and other law enforcement authorities to ensure proper case handling.

• Gather, verify, and analyze evidence; prepare comprehensive investigation reports.

• Support preventive action planning and incident trend analysis.

• Conduct discussions with relevant parties and record key findings.

• Monitor outsourced investigation teams and provide necessary guidance.

• Ensure all investigations comply with company policies, labour laws, and ethical standards.

• Present monthly investigation summaries to management and recommend corrective actions.

The Person

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in security or investigative operations (preferably telecom, logistics, or corporate security).

• Prior experience with police or military service will be an added advantage.

• Diploma or certification in Security Management, Criminology, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and labour regulations.

• Excellent report writing and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and travel across regions.

• Proficiency in MS Office and incident reporting systems.
