Role Description

The Product Manager – Payments role at Infodigix involves overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of payment-related products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, gather user requirements, develop product roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. The role requires monitoring industry trends, optimizing product performance, and maintaining a strong focus on customer experience. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Colombo, with the flexibility to work from home on certain days.

• Strong skills in product management, roadmap creation, and strategy development for payment-related solutions

• Proficiency in stakeholder communication, cross-team collaboration, and delivering user-centric products

• Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and understanding industry trends

• Working knowledge of FinTech, payment systems, and technologies, with an emphasis on innovation

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; Master’s degree is an advantage

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results under pressure

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving proficiency to make data-driven decisions

• Familiarity with Agile methodology for product development
