Job description – Junior/Trainee Executive – Technical Support Operations
PAYable Sri Lanka is a trailblazing fintech leader dedicated to revolutionizing the digital payment landscape for over 40,000 merchants. We are seeking a proactive Junior/Trainee Executive for Technical Support Operations to help us maintain the seamless, user-friendly payment experiences that empower businesses of all sizes across the island.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage company POS/Android devices. • Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in POS devices. • Perform component-level troubleshooting when required. • Track device status (battery, signal strength, installed applications, etc.). • Coordinate with internal teams for device replacements and maintenance. • Maintain accurate technical documentation and reports. • Provide internal technical support when required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Higher Diploma or diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field. • Experience in repairing electronic devices (preferably POS or Android devices). • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. • Basic knowledge of Android systems and device management. • Good communication and teamwork abilities. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
