Job description – Inventory and Administrative Assistant

Main Responsibilities
Inventory Duties:

Update stock entries (GRN, issues, returns) in the system daily.

Ensure system stock matches physical stock.

Assist with stock counts.
-
Report stock differences immediately.

Maintain proper filing of inventory documents.
Administrative Duties:
-
Prepare basic daily/weekly reports.
-
Do data entry work accurately.

Maintain proper document filing (physical and soft copy).
-
Assist with petty cash recording (if required).

Support factory staff with administrative tasks when needed.
Drive precision and efficiency in our Colombo factory. In this dual-focus role, you will be the primary guardian of our inventory data, ensuring every record in the system perfectly mirrors our physical stock. By managing daily stock entries and providing essential administrative support—from data entry to petty cash recording—you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of The Concept Store’s logistics and reporting.
