Requirements, Qualifications, and Skills

Strong programme management, coordination, and academic planning skills

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities

Sound knowledge of higher education quality assurance, curriculum development, and compliance

Proficiency in SPSS for academic data analysis, reporting, and performance evaluation

Competence in project management tools and methodologies

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline

Prior experience in education management or a similar academic role is desirable
Lead the operational heart of our academic programs. In this on-site, contract-based role in Kandy, you will take charge of the end-to-end lifecycle of our educational offerings. You will be responsible for meticulous program planning, implementation, and quality monitoring to ensure strict compliance with institutional and regulatory standards. By working hand-in-hand with our faculty and key stakeholders, you will directly enhance program effectiveness and help us achieve our strategic institutional goals.
