Requirements, Qualifications, and Skills

• Strong programme management, coordination, and academic planning skills

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities

• Sound knowledge of higher education quality assurance, curriculum development, and compliance

• Proficiency in SPSS for academic data analysis, reporting, and performance evaluation

• Competence in project management tools and methodologies

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• Prior experience in education management or a similar academic role is desirable

Lead the operational heart of our academic programs. In this on-site, contract-based role in Kandy, you will take charge of the end-to-end lifecycle of our educational offerings. You will be responsible for meticulous program planning, implementation, and quality monitoring to ensure strict compliance with institutional and regulatory standards. By working hand-in-hand with our faculty and key stakeholders, you will directly enhance program effectiveness and help us achieve our strategic institutional goals.
