Key Responsibilities:

• Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, and cancellations. • Work with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo to process bookings accurately. • Provide clients with the best available fares, routes, and travel options based on their requirements. • Manage hotel reservations, transfers, and other travel-related services when required. • Communicate clearly with clients regarding itineraries, fare rules, and travel policies. • Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for schedule changes, seat requests, and special services. • Maintain accurate booking records and ensure compliance with company and airline policies. • Assist in resolving customer issues and handling urgent or last-minute travel requests. • Stay updated on airline promotions, fare changes, and travel industry updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, IATA, or a related field. • Previous experience in ticketing and reservations within a travel agency is preferred. • Strong knowledge of GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo). • Good understanding of fare construction, refunds, and reissue procedures. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
