Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Colombo for a Credit Cards Sales Representative. The primary responsibilities of this position include generating leads, promoting the bank’s credit card products, and effectively addressing customer queries. The role involves engaging with diverse customers, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets through effective communication and problem-solving. You will be expected to collaborate with the sales team, conduct follow-ups, prepare necessary documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications
• Proven sales and customer service experience, focusing on promoting financial products or services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with diverse customers.
• Ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, and meet sales targets consistently.
• Proficiency in market research and analysis to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Familiarity with banking processes, documentation, and compliance standards.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
