Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Pharmacy and Medicine, including a thorough understanding of pharmaceuticals and their applications in patient care

• Proficiency in Pharmacy Practice and Pharmaceutical Care, ensuring proper medication use and patient safety

• Experience in Compounding and preparing medications as required

• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals and support patient education

• Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences is required

• Licensure as a pharmacist in Sri Lanka is essential

• Familiarity with hospital information systems is an advantage

• Candidates with previous hospital pharmacy experience will have an added advantage

In this full-time, on-site position, you will act as a cornerstone of our clinical operations by overseeing the entire medication lifecycle—from compounding and dispensing to providing expert guidance to staff and patients. By collaborating closely with our healthcare teams, you will ensure every treatment plan is executed with clinical accuracy, helping us maintain our reputation for excellence in pharmaceutical care.
