Job description – Branch Manager

We are looking for a dedicated leader to take the helm of our Kandy branch. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our regional presence, balancing high-level operational oversight with a proactive approach to market growth. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years’ managerial experience in Branch Management, Business Unit Management, or a related senior role

  • Prior experience in the education sector will be an added advantage

  • Master’s Degree in Business Management or a related discipline

  • Strong leadership, operational, and strategic management capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for the effective management and performance of the branch

  • Achievement of monthly business and sales targets

  • Planning and implementation of strategies to drive sales growth and promotional activities, including collaboration with schools, institutes, and corporate organizations

  • Leadership, supervision, and performance management of branch staff

  • Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards
