Personal Profile

• Passed GCE (A/L) and GCE (O/L) Examinations.

• 2-3 years’ of experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Office packages.

• Knowledge on ERP will be an added advantage.

• Fluency in English and Sinhala ( Tamil preferable).

• Age below 35 years

Job Profile

• Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve complaints related to orders and deliveries.

• Monitor and track orders from dispatch to delivery, ensuring timely updates to customers.

• Investigate and resolve issues with damaged goods, missed deliveries, and incorrect orders.

• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate logistics and address inventory or service issues.

• Facilitate smooth communication between customers and transport teams to ensure on-time deliveries.

• Manage the returns process and resolve damage claims in coordination with internal departments.

• Generate and maintain accurate reports of customer interactions.

As a vital link in our logistics chain, you will act as the primary liaison between our valued customers and the transport department. This role offers the chance to sharpen your problem-solving skills while ensuring our promise of timely and accurate delivery is met across the island.
