Job Overview

Manchester Way Training Institute is hiring a Call Center Executive to join our team in Sharjah. You will handle customer calls, provide information about our courses, and ensure excellent service at all times. This is an immediate hiring opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.

  • Provide accurate information about training programs and services.

  • Keep customer records updated and follow up on inquiries.

  • Work towards daily and monthly call and conversion targets.

  • Resolve customer questions or issues politely and efficiently.

  • Coordinate with other team members to improve service quality.


Must-Have Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.

  • Excellent English communication skills.

  • Good telephone manners and a customer-focused attitude.

  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Willing to relocate to Sharjah, if required.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Hindi or Arabic.

  • Experience in the education or training field.

  • Familiarity with CRM or call center software.
