Job Overview
Topaz Event Management is hiring a Female Administrative Assistant / Secretary with experience in event coordination. The role involves handling office tasks, supporting management, and assisting with event operations. You’ll help keep the office organized and ensure smooth communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- 
Manage calls, emails, and daily office communication.
 - 
Prepare reports, meeting notes, and official documents.
 - 
Maintain filing systems and keep records organized.
 - 
Schedule meetings, travel, and appointments for management.
 - 
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
 - 
Support event-related admin work and handle required paperwork.
 - 
Keep track of deadlines and follow up on tasks.
 - 
Maintain confidentiality and a professional attitude at all times.
 
Must-Have Qualifications
- 
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
 - 
Minimum 4 years’ experience in admin or secretarial roles.
 - 
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 - 
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
 - 
Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized.
 - 
Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
 - 
Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
 - 
Female candidates preferred.
 
Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience in event management or coordination.

Knowledge of permits, event documentation, or UAE procedures.
