Key Duties

MasTec Advanced Technologies is hiring a Full-Time Technician to install, service, and support advanced home technologies, including satellite TV, home security, and smart home automation. As the trusted face of the company, you will ensure customers receive seamless installations and excellent service.

In this role, you will:

• Install and maintain satellite dishes, receivers, and related technology.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide reliable solutions.

• Deliver a strong customer experience by explaining products and services clearly.

• Work in both residential and commercial environments, indoors and outdoors.

• Follow all safety standards and company guidelines while completing fieldwork.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, candidates must:

• Be physically capable of lifting 60–80 pounds and climbing 28–36 ft ladders.

• Meet manufacturer safety standards (technician weight plus tools/equipment must not exceed 375 lbs).

• Be comfortable working in a variety of indoor and outdoor conditions.

• Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Pass a drug test, background check, and MVR screening.

• Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Maintain a strong focus on safety and professionalism.
