• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM–2:30 PM (flexibility available); Fridays 6:00 AM–2:00 PM (mandatory overtime at 1.5x pay)

Key Duties

Tec Specialty Products LLC is looking for a dependable Maintenance Mechanic I to join our manufacturing team. This position plays a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our flooring production facility by performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on a wide range of mechanical and electrical equipment.

In this role, you will:

• Inspect, maintain, and repair production machinery and plant equipment.

• Perform both scheduled preventative maintenance and corrective repairs to reduce equipment downtime.

• Troubleshoot electrical issues, including working with systems up to 480V and PLCs.

• Contribute to plant efficiency by responding quickly to equipment issues and ensuring safe, reliable operations.

• Support overall quality and safety standards within the facility.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience with mechanical and electrical systems.

• Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and working with electrical systems up to 480V.

• Must be able to pass the Ramsay Technical Assessment Test.

• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
