Key Duties

ListedPro is seeking a Sales and Marketing Associate to support outreach efforts aimed at building partnerships with real estate organizations. In this role, you’ll work closely with leadership to create, refine, and execute targeted campaigns that connect with executives at MLSs, real estate associations, and related organizations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the development and execution of outreach strategies alongside the CEO and Head of Marketing.

  • Identifying and researching high-value prospects for strategic campaigns.

  • Creating engaging content and messaging tailored to real estate professionals.

  • Leveraging AI tools and CRM systems to streamline outreach and track campaign effectiveness.

This position is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing at a technology startup while maintaining a flexible, part-time schedule.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Interest in working within a fast-paced software startup environment.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.

  • Strong written communication skills and ability to craft compelling outreach messages.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

Technical Skills

  • HubSpot for campaign tracking and CRM management.

  • PostMark for email campaign execution.

  • Slack for team communication.

  • Canva for design and visual content.

  • AI tools (e.g., Anthropic Claude) for research and content support.

Pay & Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: $20 per hour.

  • Schedule: 6 hours per week, with flexibility to work when most productive.
