Key Duties
As a Payroll Analyst, you will support the accurate and efficient delivery of payroll services. This role is entry-level professional work that combines analysis, compliance, and administrative functions. Core responsibilities include:
- 
Processing payroll transactions, including wages, deductions, benefits, and tax reporting.
 - 
Analyzing and reconciling payroll discrepancies, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
 - 
Preparing reports for management, audits, and regulatory agencies.
 - 
Supporting payroll system updates, testing, and data accuracy initiatives.
 - 
Maintaining secure and accurate payroll records.
 - 
Assisting employees with payroll-related inquiries and resolving pay issues promptly.
 
Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with confidential financial data.
- 
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, public administration, or a related field; OR six years of relevant analytical experience.
 - 
Experience: At least two years in financial, operational, or payroll-related analysis preferred.
 - 
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and payroll systems.
 - 
Other: Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.; valid Florida driver’s license may be required depending on assignment.
