Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Office Admin to support daily administrative and customer-facing operations. This role involves managing office tasks, coordinating communication across teams, and ensuring smooth workflow within the organization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Duties
- 
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

Manage general office administration including filing, work orders, correspondence, and notifications.
 - 
Support internal teams by preparing reports, maintaining databases, and facilitating cross-department communication.
 - 
Handle invoices, monitor stock levels, and generate purchase orders as required.
 - 
Act as a sales coordinator, assisting with client orders and administrative tasks related to sales.
 - 
Maintain a clean and organized office environment and ensure all administrative processes are efficiently executed.
 - 
Assist management in monitoring project costs, data entry, and other operational tasks.
 
Requirements
- 
Female candidates only.
 - 
Previous experience in office administration, customer service, or sales coordination is preferred.
 - 
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
 - 
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
 - 
Basic understanding of figures, invoices, and reporting.
 - 
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable handling databases and spreadsheets.

Good communication skills in English.
