Job Overview

We are seeking an Emirati Fashion Consultant for Max Mara to drive exceptional guest experiences while achieving individual and store sales targets. This role blends customer engagement, sales performance, and brand representation to ensure a seamless and luxurious shopping experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, service excellence, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Duties

• Achieve personal and collective sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Support CRM, CX, and other customer initiatives in-store.

• Collect and analyze customer data, top sellers, and slow-moving items for business insights.

• Build and maintain client relationships across omni-channel platforms.

• Provide feedback on product performance and support inventory planning.

• Ensure adherence to VM guidelines, SOPs, and service-level agreements, including click & collect.

• Promote loyalty programs (e.g., MUSE) and stay current with brand digital campaigns.

• Assist in-store marketing activations and customer experience initiatives.

• Share insights on operational successes and areas for improvement within the store.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English.

• UAE Nationals only (Emiratisation program).

• Passion for luxury fashion and delivering superior guest experiences.

• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive store culture.
