Key Duties

As a Branch Accountant, you will play a critical role in managing the financial health of the branch. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing day-to-day branch expenses to ensure compliance with company policies.

• Preparing, reviewing, and submitting branch expense and sales reports for management review.

• Assisting branch staff by addressing and resolving financial or cashier-related queries.

• Keeping accurate and up-to-date financial records aligned with company accounting standards.

• Working closely with branch management to support both operational and financial decision-making.

• Reporting to the Finance Head and ensuring smooth communication of all financial matters.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

• A strong grasp of accounting standards, financial reporting, and compliance practices.

• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced use of Microsoft Excel.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for branch-level collaboration.

• The ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
