Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join our Marketing team at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on driving digital marketing initiatives, enhancing online visibility, and maximizing e-commerce opportunities across all revenue streams of the hotel. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the commercial, revenue, and operational teams to deliver impactful campaigns, manage digital assets, and optimize online presence.
Key Duties
- 
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online engagement and revenue.
 - 
Manage the hotel’s presence across brand websites, digital platforms, and third-party portals.
 - 
Oversee content creation, SEO, and online advertising campaigns.
 - 
Coordinate digital campaigns with internal teams and external agencies, ensuring brand compliance.
 - 
Monitor performance on platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, and TripAdvisor, ensuring regular updates and improvements.
 - 
Conduct market research and identify new e-commerce opportunities.
 - 
Track campaign performance and prepare reports aligned with KPIs and budgets.
 - 
Ensure smooth coordination with Mandarin Oriental’s global branding and digital teams.
 
Requirements
- 
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related discipline.
 - 
10+ years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce, ideally within the luxury hospitality sector.
 - 
Strong project management and analytical skills.
 - 
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative digital content.
 - 
Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English.
 - 
Knowledge of SEO, online advertising, and digital campaign optimization.
 - 
Ability to work in a multicultural environment and partner with cross-functional teams.
