Job Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the HR department in daily operations at Aloft Abu Dhabi. This role is responsible for handling employee documentation, assisting candidates, managing records, and providing guidance to staff on HR processes and policies. The coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Duties
- 
Maintain and organize employee files, documentation, and HR records.
 - 
Support recruitment efforts by assisting walk-in applicants and managing application procedures.
 - 
Handle HR correspondence, mail distribution, and office supplies tracking.
 - 
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and company procedures.
 - 
Assist with employee relations matters by escalating concerns to HR management.
 - 
Ensure compliance with company standards, confidentiality protocols, and labor regulations.
 - 
Coordinate with managers to support onboarding and recordkeeping for new hires.
 - 
Maintain an approachable and professional HR environment for employees and candidates.
 
Requirements
- 
High school diploma or GED required; additional HR or business education is an advantage.
 - 
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, administration, or a related role.
 - 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 - 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR-related systems.
 - 
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
 - 
Team-oriented, with the flexibility to support multiple HR functions.
