Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales and Client Engagement Specialist to support our Abu Dhabi clinic operations. This role combines client relationship management, sales, and service excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare or aesthetics, a proven ability to exceed sales goals, and the communication skills to provide exceptional client experiences.

Key Duties

• Deliver personalized skincare consultations, introducing Skin Laundry services and products tailored to client needs.

• Promote and convert new business opportunities through product recommendations, treatment plans, and follow-up communications.

• Build long-term client relationships by providing authentic service and celebrating client results.

• Support operational processes including scheduling, client retention, and accurate use of clinic systems.

• Partner with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and achieve clinic sales targets.

• Use company reporting tools to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (required).

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail sales, client engagement, or skincare/aesthetics.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic and English.

• Proven ability to meet sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

• Flexible to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events.

• Familiarity with POS systems and clinic management software is an advantage.
