Job Overview

We are seeking a Resort Lifestyle Manager to design, manage, and deliver unique guest experiences that set our resort apart. This role is central to creating tailored programs, events, and services that reflect the diverse interests of our guests—whether they are families, couples, or individual travelers. The position requires strong creativity, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality.

Key Duties

• Develop and implement personalized services and activities to enhance guest experiences, from golf and spa offerings to cultural excursions.

• Design and oversee a dynamic calendar of events such as tournaments, wellness retreats, fitness sessions, and culinary showcases.

• Build and maintain partnerships with local vendors, artists, and service providers to enrich the resort’s lifestyle offerings.

• Gather and analyze guest feedback to refine services and improve satisfaction levels.

• Collaborate with marketing, hospitality, and operations teams to promote lifestyle programs and deliver seamless service.

• Manage budgets for events and lifestyle services, balancing quality with cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.

• Prior experience in a similar role within luxury hotels, golf resorts, or spa environments.

• Strong knowledge of the high-end hospitality industry, particularly golf and wellness services.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and colleagues.

• Creative thinker with the ability to introduce innovative lifestyle programs.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Organizational and leadership abilities to manage multiple projects at once.

• Additional assets: familiarity with local culture, multilingual skills, and knowledge of CRM/reservation systems.
