Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing professional to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. This role combines sales expertise with marketing creativity to build strong client relationships, expand market reach, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about perfumes, skilled in customer engagement, and proactive in driving sales while supporting marketing campaigns.

Key Duties

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, client outreach, and presentations.

• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

• Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting perfume collections.

• Negotiate deals, pricing, and contracts while adhering to company policies.

• Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.

• Conduct market research to track customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends.

• Contribute to content creation for social media, promotional materials, and digital platforms.

• Assist in organizing trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events to boost brand visibility.

• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales and/or marketing, ideally in retail, perfume, or luxury goods.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion.

• Ability to multitask, organize priorities, and meet deadlines.

• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building abilities.

• Comfortable working under pressure to achieve sales targets.
