Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager (Freelance x Part-Time) to lead strategic marketing initiatives across Trace Hospitality and its partner brands. This role involves overseeing campaigns, guiding social media and creative teams, managing budgets, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The successful candidate will bring a balance of strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership to strengthen brand presence and deliver measurable results.
Key Duties
- 
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support brand growth.

Oversee social media content, campaign calendars, and promotional activities.
 - 
Collaborate with the Creative Director and Social Media Manager to maintain brand consistency.
 - 
Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and refine strategies to maximize ROI.
 - 
Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform decision-making.
 - 
Manage marketing budgets, expenditures, and reporting for cost efficiency.
 - 
Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Operations to align initiatives.
 - 
Support recruitment and staff training related to brand and marketing standards.
 - 
Lead and mentor the marketing team, encouraging collaboration and accountability.
 - 
Ensure compliance with advertising, data privacy, and industry regulations.
 
Requirements
- 
Proven experience in marketing management, ideally within hospitality or related industries.
 - 
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
 - 
Proficiency in brand strategy, campaign development, and budget management.
 - 
Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media, and creative direction.
 - 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 - 
Ability to work independently in a freelance/part-time capacity.
 - 
Up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
