Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Guest Experience Lead to oversee and elevate the front-of-house and guest services across Trilogy restaurant venues. This role is central to ensuring guests enjoy seamless experiences, from reservations and bookings to special events and VIP services. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, hospitality expertise, and a passion for guest satisfaction in luxury dining settings.

Key Duties

• Act as the main contact for all guest experience matters across multiple venues.

• Lead and mentor hostesses and reception staff to ensure professional, warm, and efficient service.

• Manage reservations and booking systems, maximizing occupancy and ensuring accuracy.

• Oversee group bookings and private dining events, coordinating with internal departments for flawless execution.

• Handle VIP guests, special requests, and feedback with discretion and professionalism.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support promotions, upselling, and repeat bookings.

• Ensure all front-of-house activities align with brand standards and safety protocols.

• Monitor team schedules, grooming, and service standards while fostering a guest-centric culture.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in guest relations, restaurant hospitality, or front-of-house leadership.

• Strong knowledge of reservations, sales, and event coordination.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency with reservation software and MS Office.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

• Experience in luxury or fine-dining environments preferred.
