Job Overview
We are inviting applications for the Junior Research Fellowship program. This opportunity is designed for candidates pursuing or having completed undergraduate, postgraduate, or doctoral studies in any discipline. Selected fellows will receive structured mentorship and hands-on training to produce original research papers in key policy areas. No prior research publication experience is required, as full guidance will be provided.
Key Duties
- 
Conduct independent research on policy-related issues with the support of senior mentors.
 - 
Develop analytical skills by working with qualitative and quantitative data.
 - 
Contribute to the drafting of a research paper in a chosen field.
 - 
Collaborate with peers and subject experts in a virtual learning environment.
 - 
Prepare findings for publication, with the opportunity for work to be assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) and shared through our open-access platform.
 
Requirements
- 
Enrollment in or completion of a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in any academic discipline.
 - 
Interest in policy, governance, social sciences, human rights, or related areas.
 - 
Open to professionals and students from diverse backgrounds including law, medicine, engineering, journalism, management, political science, and more.
 - 
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt to an online research environment.
