Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SMB) to join our team in Sharjah. This role will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. As the first point of contact with prospective customers, you will play a key role in driving Deel’s growth in the small-to-medium business segment.


Key Duties

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone, and social channels to engage potential clients.

  • Research and map out target accounts to identify decision-makers and build outreach strategies.

  • Qualify leads by understanding their challenges and readiness for onboarding solutions.

  • Book meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.

  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.

  • Maintain updated and accurate records in the CRM system.

  • Consistently hit monthly and quarterly performance targets.

  • Take part in training sessions to continuously improve sales skills.


Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales development, business development, or a similar role preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with outbound prospecting.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
