Job Purpose
The Senior Services Manager will oversee the Emirates GE90-100 Customer Program, one of GE Aerospace’s most significant widebody contracts. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational performance, ensuring contract profitability, and fostering strong collaboration with Emirates to maintain fleet stability and customer satisfaction.
Key Duties
- 
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver excellence in contract management and service execution.
 - 
Oversee shop visit planning and ensure operational targets are achieved.
 - 
Apply GE’s Flight Deck lean model to strengthen processes and improve problem-solving.
 - 
Serve as the primary liaison between GE and Emirates, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
 - 
Manage change initiatives, sales proposals, and new contract opportunities.
 - 
Monitor market trends and business challenges to influence strategy and best practices.
 - 
Ensure compliance with GE Aerospace standards and foster a culture of respect, transparency, and continuous improvement.
 
Requirements
- 
Advanced degree (Master’s preferred) or equivalent relevant experience.
 - 
Extensive background in GE Aviation, particularly in engineering, services, customer support, or shop operations.
 - 
Proven track record in services and customer contract management.
 - 
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
 - 
Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to make decisions, build trust, and drive results.
