Job Purpose
The Coordinator will play an integral role in supporting marketing initiatives, brand communication, and event management across Air Arabia’s extensive network. This position is responsible for assisting with campaign execution, ensuring brand consistency, managing content, and providing administrative support to the Marketing & Corporate Communications team.
Key Duties
- 
Support the rollout of marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities across hubs and outstations.
 - 
Act as a liaison between sales, e-commerce, creative teams, and external vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
 - 
Review marketing materials and artwork to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and corporate identity standards.
 - 
Coordinate events, sponsorships, inaugurals, raffles, and photo shoots; maintain an organized gallery of event images.
 - 
Assist in managing publications such as the onboard magazine and other print materials by coordinating with publishers, proofreading content, and overseeing layout.
 - 
Maintain and monitor the company’s social media platforms; respond to customer inquiries and escalate where necessary.
 - 
Prepare internal newsletters, ensuring engaging content and timely distribution.
 - 
Support research, reporting, and market intelligence initiatives to enhance campaign effectiveness.
 - 
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure quality services at competitive rates.
 
Requirements
- 
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
 - 
1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing or communications, preferably in aviation or service industries.
 - 
Strong command of English and Arabic; knowledge of French is an advantage.
 - 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or 3D design is a plus.
 - 
Excellent communication, proofreading, and project coordination skills.
 - 
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
