Key Duties

As a Printing Machine Operator, you will be responsible for running and maintaining UV flatbed printing machines. Your role will be central to ensuring high-quality outputs and smooth production workflows. Core responsibilities include:

  • Operating UV flatbed printers and handling day-to-day printing tasks.

  • Setting up print jobs using RIP software, including file adjustments and color management.

  • Loading and preparing both rigid and flexible materials for printing.

  • Monitoring print quality throughout the process and making adjustments as needed.

  • Performing routine cleaning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting minor technical issues.

  • Maintaining a safe, organized, and clean working environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in UV flatbed printing (preferred).

  • Strong focus on detail, precision, and quality control.

  • Basic knowledge of print software and machine setup.

  • Physically fit and capable of working extended hours when necessary.

  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow instructions carefully.
