Key Duties

As a Spare Parts Manager, you will lead the spare parts division and oversee all aspects of procurement, inventory, and sales. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Managing spare parts operations for Japanese, Korean, and American vehicle brands.

• Sourcing authentic spare parts from approved local and global suppliers.

• Negotiating with vendors to secure competitive pricing, favorable credit terms, and reliable delivery.

• Monitoring demand trends, forecasting inventory, and ensuring availability of critical parts.

• Maintaining accurate cataloging of spare parts across multiple brands.

• Implementing pricing strategies to achieve both competitiveness and profitability.

• Overseeing warranty claims, returns, and supplier follow-ups.

• Training and supervising staff to uphold productivity and service quality.

• Preparing regular reports on stock levels, sales performance, and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in spare parts management for Japanese, Korean, and American vehicles.

• Strong understanding of OEM and aftermarket spare parts.

• Experience with auto parts catalog systems (e.g., Microcat, EPC) and ERP inventory management.

• Excellent negotiation, supplier management, and communication skills.

• Proven ability to analyze sales trends and align inventory strategies accordingly.

• Leadership skills with a focus on team development and customer satisfaction.
