Key Duties

As an Assistant & Customer Relations Officer, you will play an important role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth client communication. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling routine administrative tasks and assisting with office coordination.

  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional manner.

  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

  • Organizing schedules, preparing reports, and following up on client needs.

  • Supporting management with record-keeping and documentation.

  • Delivering excellent customer service in line with company standards.


Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ experience in administration, customer service, or a related field.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with MS Office applications, email, and spreadsheets.

  • Professional attitude, strong organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
