Key Duties

As a Senior Cloud AI Software Developer, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing cloud-native software with AI capabilities. This position emphasizes defect detection, workflow optimization, and rapid delivery of high-quality applications. Core responsibilities include:

• Building and deploying AI-powered features to streamline workflows and support service providers.

• Designing cloud-native solutions that leverage analysis tools and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) vector stores for diagnosing and fixing defects.

• Using AI development agents and GenAI code assistants to accelerate design and deployment.

• Collaborating with cross-functional, global teams to ensure timely and robust delivery.

• Staying current with emerging AI and cloud technologies to continually enhance solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in professional software development for production-level, server-side web applications.

• Hands-on expertise with GenAI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, v0.dev).

• Proven ability to write, debug, and optimize commercial-grade software.

• Willingness to adopt GenAI tools in day-to-day development work.

• Strong collaboration skills and adaptability in a global team environment.

Pay & Benefits

• Competitive compensation: $30 USD/hour (equivalent to $60,000 annually).

• Weekly payments through independent contractor agreement with Crossover.
