Key Duties

As an Architect with Expert Recruitments, you will play a vital role in ensuring project delivery meets the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and approving shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.

  • Ensuring architectural, structural, and MEP elements are fully coordinated and clash-free.

  • Collaborating with design consultants and resolving discrepancies between drawings and on-site conditions.

  • Providing interpretation and clear explanations of architectural and engineering drawings to site teams and subcontractors.

  • Overseeing construction activities to confirm work is executed according to approved specifications and drawings.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should bring:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural project delivery.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and site execution.

  • Proven ability to manage RFIs, NCRs, submittals, and technical queries.

  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on reporting and documentation.

  • Familiarity with CAD software and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Pay & Benefits

  • Competitive salary between AED 10,000 – 14,000 per month.

  • Fixed allowances included within the salary package.
