Key Duties

As a Commercial Department Specialist at SPEC GROUP, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s business operations and customer relationships. Your daily activities will include:

  • Managing communications with clients and maintaining strong professional relationships.

  • Supporting sales functions and contributing to revenue growth.

  • Handling purchasing activities to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.

  • Providing customer service support and resolving client queries effectively.

  • Coordinating account management tasks to maintain client satisfaction.

  • Assisting the wider commercial team with operational requirements to meet company and client expectations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should demonstrate both technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to succeed in this role.

  • Strong background in customer service and communication.

  • Experience in sales, purchasing, and account management.

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.

  • Familiarity with the petrochemical, oil, gas, or energy sectors is a strong advantage.
