Key Duties
The Accounts & Admin Officer will support financial operations and administrative functions within the company. Core responsibilities include:
- 
Managing daily financial records and preparing periodic reports
 - 
Monitoring petty cash flow and maintaining accurate transaction logs
 - 
Using Zoho Books/Zoho CRM for data entry, reporting, and financial tracking
 - 
Preparing Excel-based reports (pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis)
 - 
Maintaining proper documentation of all receipts, invoices, and statements
 - 
Supporting administrative tasks including filing, correspondence, and office coordination
 - 
Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
 
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should bring:
- 
Prior experience in accounting and/or administrative roles
 - 
Proficiency with Zoho accounting tools and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
 - 
Familiarity with general bookkeeping and financial procedures
 - 
Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
 - 
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
 - 
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
