Key Duties

As a Client Servicing and Social Media Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of brands and play a critical role in shaping their online presence. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and implementing tailored social media strategies for 3–4 client accounts.

• Developing content calendars aligned with client objectives.

• Generating fresh ideas and strategies for new business opportunities and pitches.

• Tracking and analyzing performance metrics, providing insights for campaign optimization.

• Coordinating with creative, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.

• Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and consistent results.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of proven experience in client servicing and social media management.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful multi-brand social media campaigns.

• Expertise across major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Exceptional communication and client relationship skills.

• Strategic, analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Experience in healthcare-related accounts is an advantage but not required.

• Professional, personable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
