Job Overview
The School Principal is a key leadership position responsible for the overall management and operation of a school. As the head of the institution, the principal ensures a positive educational environment that supports the academic and social growth of students.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic plans for school improvement and growth.
• Lead and mentor teachers and staff to achieve educational objectives.
• Establish and enforce school policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Oversee academic programs and curriculum to ensure quality education.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.
Requirements
• Master’s degree in Education Administration, Leadership, or related field required.
• Valid state certification as a School Administrator or Principal is necessary.
• At least five years of experience in an educational leadership role preferred.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
