Job Overview
Hatchfit Physiotherapy Clinic is looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Teacher to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who can provide educational sessions and training related to health, wellness, and physiotherapy practices to patients, staff, and community groups.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver educational programs on topics such as posture correction
Conduct training sessions for patients and caregivers on home-based therapy techniques
Collaborate with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to tailor educational materials
Organize workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns to promote health literacy
Monitor the effectiveness of training through feedback and performance tracking
Keep updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy and wellness education
Prepare and distribute educational content in the form of brochures, videos, and presentations
Support internal staff training and onboarding related to clinical practices and patient interaction
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Physiotherapy, or a related healthcare field
Proven experience in teaching or clinical education, preferably in a healthcare setting
Strong public speaking, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to simplify medical information for a general audience
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
